Low Voltage Electrical Contacts
The electrical contacts manufactured at noble technologies offers excellent resistance to welding and spark corrosion, strong arcing resistance, high strength and stability and hence low corrosion in the make and break choices. Because of its excellent functional characteristics, it has become the chosen material for electrical contacts used throughout various contractor type low-voltage instruments for several decades.
Bimetal Electrical contacts
Bimetal refers to an entity made up of two different metals first the contact part and then the base material which are bound around each other. The contact material consists of the silver alloy {silver cadmium (AgCdO), silver nickel (AgNi) or silver tin (AgSnO2) as per customer requirement}, while the base material consists of electrolytic copper which provides better thermal and electrical conductivity.
We have a well-equipped workshop with cold bonding machines and a first-rate metallurgical laboratory with an ISO 9015 approved quality system. For material design and production, our professionals are completely at the fingertips of our clients. With the most competitive rates customers can use the rivets offered by our specialist
Solid Electrical contacts
We manufacture a range of materials including solid silver, solid copper, solid aluminum, hollow copper, and hollow aluminum, which are utilized in low-voltage switchgear for various applications.
The manufacturing process begins with diffusion and stress-release treatments. Following this, the materials undergo annealing to achieve the desired hardness. Before final dispatch, each rivet is rigorously tested to ensure superior finish and reliability.
