Silver Alloy Tips
We have developed a specialized setup for manufacturing of contact tips. Our process involves the cladding of a silver alloy as per customer specifications onto a base metal, and then subjecting the assembly to brazing.
This method enhances the bond between the base layer and the contact layer, effectively mitigating the risk of delamination during stamping operations. This construction is especially advantageous for devices such as circuit breakers and contactors that experience erosion issues.
Silver Brazing Alloys
Silver brazing alloys are available in accordance with ISI specifications or tailored to customer requirements. These alloys come in the forms of wires, strips, foils, or tips, all featuring an excellent finish, homogeneous quality, and freedom from detrimental defects, making them suitable for diverse engineering applications.
For applications involving electrical contacts, which are exposed to severe electrical, thermal, and mechanical forces, achieving a perfect bond is essential. This is accomplished through metal diffusion between the tip and the support during the brazing process, ensuring optimal bond quality and performance under demanding conditions.
Riveted Assemblies
At our state-of-the-art in-house press shop, we specialize in producing riveted assemblies to meet specific customer requirements. We offer rivets that can be applied to a variety of materials, including mild steel, brass, copper, and phosphor bronze.

Motor Starter
Recently, in response to valuable feedback and strong support from our esteemed clients, we have expanded our product offerings to include single-phase motor starter switches designed for use in air conditioners and geysers.
To support this new venture, we have established a dedicated molding shop, press shop, and brazing facility. As a result, we now provide these switches to a range of leading brands across India.
